Harvest Pear Pumpkin Pancake Bites


Our CEO & Co-Founder Jennifer Carlson’s kids used to believe these were cookies, mostly because everything she made into little patties were called “cookies,” even if they were bean burgers! Babies love these bite-sized patties for on-the-go snacks or warmed with maple syrup for dipping.


  • 1 pouch Baby Gourmet Harvest Pear Pumpkin Banana
  • ½ cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • Maple syrup for dipping (optional)
  1. In a large bowl, combine Baby Gourmet pouch, flour, egg, maple syrup, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
  2. Warm 1 tbsp. of the butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Drop 1 tbsp. of mixture, at a time, into the hot pan. Cook until golden, about 2 to 3 minutes per side.
  3. Repeat for the second batch.

Pumpkins are filled with fibre, which helps with regulating your baby’s bowel movements.
