Jill’s Baby Laxative Recipe
Jill’s baby laxative recipe can help encourage digestion and ease constipation for baby.
½ cup organic raisins
¼ cup organic prunes
4 Medjool dates, pitted
6 tbsp. prune juice
¼ cup natural bran
¼ pear, cored and peeled
- Soak dried fruit in hot water for up to an hour, until soft.
- Drain, and then combine all ingredients in a food processor until consistency is smooth. Cover and refrigerate any unused portions.
